How long does it take to get my website?
Most websites are delivered within 5–7 business days after we receive your requirements. Simple sites (1–3 pages) can often be ready within 24–48 hours. The timeline depends on how quickly you provide content and feedback.
What happens after I place my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with login details for your dashboard. From there, our AI assistant will guide you through a quick conversation to understand your business, style preferences, and website needs. You can also upload your logo, photos, and other materials.
What if I need changes after seeing the draft?
The Starter package includes 2 revision rounds, and Business includes 3. Each round covers a consolidated list of changes — things like text edits, colour tweaks, image swaps, and minor layout adjustments. Major structural changes (like adding new features or redesigning from scratch) are outside the revision scope.
Do I own the website?
For Starter and Business packages — yes, 100%. Once fully paid, you own the source code, design, and all assets. For the Monthly plan, the website is hosted and managed by us; you retain ownership of your content (text, images, logo) but not the underlying code.
Does the $99/mo plan include everything? Are there any extra fees?
Yes — $99/mo covers your website build, custom domain, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support. There are no setup fees, no hidden costs, and nothing extra to pay. It's a true all-in-one subscription.
What's the difference between Monthly and Starter/Business?
Monthly ($99/mo) is a subscription — we build, host, and maintain your 1–3 page website for you, all included in one monthly fee. You don't own the code, but you can cancel anytime. Starter ($1,499) and Business ($7,999) are one-time projects — you pay 50% deposit to start, 50% before delivery, and own everything outright including the source code.
Can I cancel the Monthly plan anytime?
Yes, there's no lock-in contract. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your website stays live until the end of the current billing period. If you want to reactivate later, you can do so from your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. All prices are in AUD. Business package customers can also pay by bank transfer.
Do you provide hosting?
For Monthly subscribers, hosting and domain are included in the $99/mo subscription. For Starter and Business packages, the first year of hosting, domain, and maintenance is included in the package price. From year 2, it's $29.90/mo or $299/yr. You can also choose to host it yourself — we'll hand over the complete source code.
What if I don't have content ready?
No problem. Our AI assistant will help you figure out what content you need. You can provide it piece by piece through the chat. If you need professional copywriting or photography, we can discuss that separately.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe (PCI DSS compliant). Your files are stored securely, and your dashboard is protected with encrypted authentication. We never share your data with third parties.

What if I need help after my website is live?
All Starter and Business packages include the first year of hosting, domain, and maintenance — covering bug fixes, technical support, and consultation. From year 2, it's $29.90/mo or $299/yr to keep everything running. Monthly subscribers get ongoing support as part of the $99/mo subscription.
Do I need to design the website myself?
No. We handle everything — design, layout, content writing, the lot. All you need to do is have a quick chat with our AI about your business, and we take it from there. No tech skills needed.
What if I don't have a logo?
No worries. If you have a logo, you can upload it through your dashboard. If you don't, we can generate one for you as part of the build. Same goes for photos and copywriting — we've got you covered.
Do I need to buy my own domain name?
No. We register a custom domain for you as part of your package — and it's registered in your name, so you own it. For Monthly, domain renewal is included. For Starter and Business, the first year is included, then covered by the ongoing maintenance plan. If you prefer to use your own domain, that works too.
